Pafos thanks to its climate and to the morphology of its land has been a main producer for citrus, carob, olives and olive oil, grapes all very distinctive for their special taste and quality.

However other traditional products like Soujoukos & Paloyzes(Grape juice products) Spoon sweets in Syrop, Halloumi cheese, Trahanas(weat soup) is widely produced in the area
